We understand plans change. Cancellations made 7+ days before your event receive a full refund. Cancellations within 3–7 days receive a credit toward a future soft play rental. Cancellations within 72 hours are non-refundable but can be rescheduled within 90 days. In the rare event of extreme weather or emergency, we’ll work with you to find a solution.
